Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to provide basic patient care under RN supervision. You will perform tasks such as blood glucose checks, ADL assistance, and basic cardiovascular testing in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requires high school education and CPR; EKG and Phlebotomy training completed or attained on hire. Opportunity to grow with tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and spell English.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Take blood glucose measurements and record intake/output.
• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform ordered EKGs and Phlebotomy per training and policy.
• Maintain stocked, clean patient rooms and equipment.
• Participate in required in-services and quality improvement activities.
