Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona seeks a Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) to support a 24x7 substrate packaging manufacturing line. You will provide real-time factory support for equipment, process, and product issues, ensuring seamless lot movement through the production line.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Shift 7 operates 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with alternating 3- and 4-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Materials/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience or coursework in metrology, lithography, or laser tools
• Experience in a 24x7 manufacturing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Factory floor support for equipment, process, and product issues to maintain 24x7 lot movement
• Receive and deliver pass-downs, align priorities with management
• Troubleshoot process issues and support tool enabling activities
• Write/update specifications and RFCs to maintain process records
• Perform inspection and imaging on panels to collect development data
• Communicate key issues via email with Tool and Lot Owners
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the factory
