Job summary

The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with a $2 shift differential for nights.

Base pay ranges from $25.50 to $27.00 per hour, with full benefits. Candidates should be safety-minded, able to troubleshoot, and possess an Industrial Truck Operator

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and GMP rules.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and seek help when needed.
• Willingness to ask for clarification when the process is unclear.
• High school diploma or GED required; strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and load milk and byproducts from tankers while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow GMP and safety rules; keep the work center audit-ready and report to Supervisors.
• Ensure milk meets specifications; document transfers to raw material silos.
• Perform CIP/COP cleaning and sanitation; take samples for QA testing and monitor testing equipment.
