The job requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to operate equipment and hold an Industrial Truck Operator License. Excellent safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot small problems.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess or obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP rules and keep the work center audit-ready.
• Report to Processing Supervisors.
• Ensure milk received meets specifications and quality requirements.
• Inspect, document and transfer products from supplier to raw material silo.
• Receive and load milk, byproducts, and filtration ingredients while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Test and document milk loads.
• Clean equipment (silos, lines, tankers) including CIP/COP daily.
• Take samples to monitor CIP chemical concentrations and QA testing.
• Monitor testing equipment and replace supplies as needed.
• Service pumps, valves and heat exchangers to maintain operation and PM schedule.
• Report any damage or unsafe conditions to maintenance/supervisor.
• Follow escalation protocol based on production/quality triggers.
• Aid in training new personnel or upskilling.
• Follow SOPs and complete MSS/CL/CIL tasks on time.
• Communicate schedule delays or changes to processing.
