fairlife, LLC, based in Chicago with manufacturing operations, seeks a Warehouse Clerk for Webster, NY. The role covers shipping/receiving, inventory control, and documentation within a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, accurate data entry, and collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor to meet daily goals. Base pay is $30–$33 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a safe, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Accurate with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with professional demeanor.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS).
• Experience with SAP, D365, or similar systems is a plus.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety and quality best practices.
• Coordinate flow of materials and trailers in shipping/receiving.
• Complete shipping/receiving docs accurately.
• Use Yard Management Software to manage trailer moves and driver comms.
• Maintain accurate receipts, data entry, and filing of documents.
• Support planning and logistics on carrier/load issues.
• Assist with daily goals and housekeeping as needed.
• Audit readiness and routine housekeeping on site.
