Job summary

fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company that creates great-tasting, nutrition-rich and dairy products to nourish consumers. This is a night shift role with a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule on a rotating 2-2-3 cycle, including weekends.

You will operate labeling, case packing, blow molding and palletizing equipment to ensure products meet specifications and GMP standards. The role reports to the Packaging Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English: comfortable with reading, writing and speaking.
• Basic math and reasoning skills required.
• Must be able to operate equipment after the break-in period.
• Must possess or obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License and understand line controls.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP rules and company policies.
• Report to the Packaging Supervisor.
• Operate packaging equipment to produce correctly labeled cases.
• Inspect finished goods and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Clear jams and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain packaging area in audit-ready condition.
