Job summary

Proliant Dairy Ingredients is seeking a Night Shift Operator to support multiple areas of the plant and maintain efficient production per established policies. You will assist with packing, inventory, and equipment operation on a 12‑hour night shift.

The position offers starting pay of $21.86/hour plus a $2/hour shift premium, three weeks of PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and a strong safety/quality culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year stable work experience in dairy, agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate packaging and palletizing equipment and forklifts.
• Ability to read gauges and record data accurately

Responsibilities

• Pack and palletize finished product; weigh, sample, seal and move pallets.
• Operate packaging and palletizing equipment and adjust as needed.
• Label and use inventory system for finished product per specs.
• Perform quality checks and maintain logs
