Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine issues and know when to escalate.
• Proficiency in basic math and strong verbal/written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and load milk while maintaining product quality and food safety.
• Inspect, document, and transfer products from supplier to raw material silo.
• Test and document milk loads; monitor CIP/COP cleaning operations.
• Service pumps, valves, heat exchangers; perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Assist in training new personnel and following SOPs to ensure audit readiness.
