Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Milk Receiving Operator to load and unload milk, ensure product quality and food safety, and maintain a clean, audit-ready Raw Milk Receiving area.

The role operates on a night schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a rotating 2-2-3 pattern and every other weekend. You will hook up tankers, perform CIP, collect QA samples, and assist with maintenance as needed. Fairlife offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner and follow all safety procedures.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Basic math and measurement skills for QA and sampling.

Responsibilities

• Receive milk within specifications and ensure safety/quality.
• Inspect, document, and transfer product from supplier to raw material silo.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or removing milk.
• Take proper samples for QA testing and monitor CIP strengths.
• Perform CIP on silos, lines, and raw milk tankers and maintain equipment.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area and support maintenance as needed.
