Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; positive and professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with excellent service.
• Answer phones, assist callers, check members in, tour prospects, sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Assist in updating member accounts.
• Respond to questions and escalate to Manager as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and complete daily tasks early in shift.
• Perform other duties based on club needs.
