Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Lead (Member Services Representative) to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will greet members and guests, handle front desk duties, and assist with new member sign-ups and tours while supporting overnight shift operations across multiple club locations.

The role requires reliable transportation, flexibility for late-night hours, and a customer-service focus. You will communicate with management, help train teammates, and ensure the clubs remain

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Able to communicate with management on a daily basis.
• Reliable transportation to travel to other Planet Fitness locations.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem solving.
• Diplomacy in all interactions; appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Travel to different locations and assist with overnight shift duties.
• Communicate with management about locations of work and daily agendas.
• Train and assist other overnight team members.
