Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours; assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to management as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
