Planet Fitness Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests at the front desk, answer questions, and guide tours. You will drive a positive member experience and support smooth sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.

Front-desk duties include answering phones courteously, assisting with tours, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. This role emphasizes strong customer service and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
