Advocate Health's Wisconsin ACL Laboratories - AMC Burlington is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLS for the 3rd shift, 40 hours per week. You will perform, monitor, and interpret laboratory tests following established protocols to ensure timely, accurate results for critical care departments.

The role requires ASCP MT/MLS certification within 1 year, a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology.
• ASCP MT/MLS certification within 1 year of hire or AMT MT certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests as authorized within established protocols.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work on time.
