Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Technologist to join WI ACL Laboratories - AMC BayCare in Wisconsin. This full‑time, 30‑hour‑per‑week position offers three 10‑hour night shifts (8 p.m.–6:30 a.m.), with 1 in 3 weekends and two holidays per year, and a pay range of $30.70 to $46.05 per hour.

You will perform, evaluate, and monitor tests, ensure timely reporting, and maintain instrument quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology and MT/MLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests as authorized within established protocols.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work in a timely manner.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and reporting accuracy.
• Maintains instrument calibration and quality control.
• Ensures proper specimen labeling and timely test results.
