Job summary

Advocate Health's WI ACL Laboratories - AMC Burlington campus seeks a Medical Laboratory Technologist. The role performs and evaluates a broad range of laboratory tests, ensuring quality and timely reporting.

You will oversee instrument calibration, QA processes, and staff training while supporting critical care departments during high-acuity events. Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology, and MT/MLS certification within 1 year; AMT acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences is required.
• ASCP MT/MLS certification must be obtained within 1 year; AMT MT certification also acceptable within 1 year.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests per established protocols.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work on time.
• Ensures reporting accuracy and adherence to quality control standards.
