Job summary

Advocate Health's Wisconsin ACL Laboratories – AMC Sheboygan County seeks a Medical Technologist/MLS to perform and evaluate clinical tests, monitor workflow, ensure accuracy, and train staff across transfusion, microbiology, chemistry, hematology, histology and flow cytometry. The role supports age-diverse patients with a focus on quality and safety.

This full-time, third-shift position (36 hours/week) offers a rotating 7-on/7-off schedule and a pay range of $25.30–$46.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CLS or Medical Technology or related field required.
• No experience required.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests as authorized within established protocols.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work in a timely manner.
• Ensures accuracy and validity of test results and reporting.
