DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Medical Call-Center Specialist to join a night-shift team in Nashville. The role emphasizes compassionate communication with donor families and accurate data entry in donor management software.

The ideal candidate has at least a two-year health-related degree, healthcare experience with medical terminology, and strong multitasking abilities. Training occurs during the day shift while the position operates on a 12-hour night schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree in a health-related field, nursing or paramedic/EMT certification.
• 1+ years in healthcare with medical terminology experience.
• CTBS, RN, or LPN preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Effectively captures medical information accurately into donor management software.
• Facilitates the donation process through coordination and communication with donor families and medical personnel.
• Supports families of potential donors with empathy and care, presenting donation options.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
