Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network seeks a dedicated professional for a 12-hour night shift role, including alternating weekends. You will manage daily referrals, assess donor suitability, and coordinate with hospital teams to optimize donation outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with ME/Coroner, families, and transplant centers, ensuring compassionate communication and adherence to policy.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year in Allied Health or graduate RN providing patient care in an acute setting.
• Other candidates may be considered on the basis of aligned experience.

Aufgaben

• Triage organ referrals and obtain clinical information to assess medical suitability.
• Provide clinical assessment to determine organ viability.
• Create case plans for organ referrals and coordinate with onsite staff.
• Support staff through the referral process and provide education on donation.
• Coordinate onsite staff for donors and referral activity.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation per policy and communicate key data.
