• Two-year health-related degree required or equivalent
• 1+ year health-care experience with medical terminology
• CTBS, RN or LPN desired
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and multitask
• Strong teamwork, communication and conflict management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Capture medical information accurately in donor management software
• Coordinate donation process with donor families and medical personnel
• Support donor families and discuss donation opportunities with empathy
