Job summary

Indiana Donor Network is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to support the organ and tissue donation process on a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days or nights. The role requires strong case management, compassionate communication with donor families, and solid data-entry skills.

Training and growth opportunities are provided as part of a mission-driven team. Applicants should have post-secondary education in a relevant field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary training in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong case management & communication skills with compassionate donor family support.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain informed telephone authorization and assess medical/social history risk with families.
• Collaborate with clinicians on medical screenings to determine donation eligibility.
• Case manage tissue and shared organ cases to ensure completion.
• Provide accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
