The role requires clear communication, good judgment under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 1+ year in dispatch or logistics is preferred; high school diploma or GED required. On-site with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in dispatch, logistics, customer service, or related role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make real-time decisions and solve problems.
• Effective at managing multiple drivers and orders simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage active on-demand orders and routed deliveries
• Assign orders to drivers based on location, availability, timing, and delivery requirements
• Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, delays, pickups, deliveries, and service issues
• Monitor routes for delays and issues
• Identify issues early and take action to keep deliveries on track
• Complete QA and service-recovery tasks
• Investigate delivery issues and gather information to resolve them
• Coordinate with Operations and team members for support
• Maintain accurate documentation of driver and delivery information
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and drivers
