Accurate Courier Services in Cincinnati is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team. You will coordinate drivers, monitor on-demand deliveries, and respond quickly to issues to keep time-sensitive medical courier services moving.

The role requires clear written and spoken communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Schedule is Full-Time, 2pm–10pm, with weekend availability; on-site work at our Cincinnati location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of dispatch, logistics, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in real time.
• Ability to manage multiple drivers, orders, and priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage active on-demand orders and routed deliveries.
• Assign orders to drivers based on location, availability, timing, and delivery requirements.
• Communicate directly with drivers regarding assignments, delays, pickups, deliveries, and service issues.
• Monitor routes and deliveries for delays, missed stops, or other potential problems.
• Identify issues early and take action to keep deliveries on track.
• Complete Quality Assurance and service-recovery tasks as assigned.
• Investigate delivery issues and gather the information needed to resolve them.
• Coordinate with Operations and other team members when additional support or escalation is needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of driver and delivery information.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and drivers as needed.
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment when unexpected situations arise.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, drivers, and coworkers.

Accurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Cincinnati team.

We specialize in medical courier services, supporting healthcare organizations with deliveries that are often time-sensitive and critical. Our Dispatch team is responsible for keeping those deliveries moving—coordinating drivers, monitoring active work, identifying potential service issues, and responding quickly when something doesn't go as planned.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, communicate clearly, make good decisions, and stay calm when things change quickly.

What We're Looking For

Schedule

Full-Time: 2pm-10pm

Schedule may vary based on department needs.

Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour

Pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This is an on-site position at our Cincinnati location and is not remote.
