Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Call Center Representative to answer inbound calls, triage urgency, and route to the appropriate teams, helping ensure high-quality patient care.

The role supports scheduling, MyChart assistance, and patient communications, with a night shift on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 12am to 8am. Part-time position with day-one benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in medical office or customer service preferred.
• Night shift availability for part-time role.
• Must be capable of triaging calls per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and triage urgency per procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Respond to inquiries and route messages to proper team.
• Provide MyChart support to patients.
• Document messages for physicians and staff in EMR.
• Obtain out-of-network authorizations.
• Handle referrals and prior authorizations inquiries.
