Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide patient-focused service during the night shift. You will answer incoming calls, triage urgency, and direct callers according to established procedures to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities include scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments; handling MyChart support; documenting messages in the EMR; and processing referrals and prior authorizations.

• Answers calls for Ancillary Services.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
• Assist with patient communications and MyChart support.
• Record messages for physicians and staff accurately in the EMR.
• Obtain out of network authorizations.
• Answer patient, insurance and office calls related to referrals and prior authorizations.
