Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Construction Supervisor for the Thacker Pass project in Nevada. You will monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities, coordinating with field staff to ensure on-schedule, safe execution.

Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience (or 12–14 years). Proficiency in construction planning, OSHA knowledge, and MS Office. Bechtel offers a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience managing union craft and coordinating with field engineers, foremen and craft professionals.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities within the area of responsibility.
• Coordinates planning, safety, quality and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders.
• Supports field staff to ensure work is planned, safe, and aligned with schedules.
