Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Field Construction Supervisor for the Thacker Pass Project in Nevada. You will monitor direct hire and subcontractor activities, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with schedules on a complex, multi-stakeholder project.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor work, supporting mid-size projects, planning resources, and ensuring conformance to drawings and specs while maintaining Bechtel's safety standards and progress goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of related work experience, preferred.
• Experience with heavy industrial U.S. direct hire construction desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize subcontractor activities and management staff.
• Support on mid-size projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Plan subcontractor schedules, resources and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality and conformance to drawings and specs.
