Job summary

You will monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities across a complex multi-stakeholder environment, coordinating field management to align with schedules and safety standards.

The role emphasizes cost and schedule control, labor optimization, and adherence to Bechtel’s safety programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• A strong background in construction planning, monitoring and control is essential.
• Experience managing union craft and heavy industrial direct-hire construction in the US is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost, schedule and labor optimization; maintain 90-day and 4-week lookahead plans.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training with Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
