Bechtel Corporation is looking for a Supervisor at Thacker Pass, NV to oversee mechanical craft professionals. Salary Range: 119,800 – 182,700 annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.)
Thacker Pass is the largest known lithium resource in the United States. Once complete, the mine and processing facilities will produce more lithium carbonate than any other facility in the United States, enough to power over one million electric vehicles per year. The EPCM contractor for Lithium Americas is responsible for managing and integrating the efforts of a team of contractors while managing procurement of about $1 billion in goods and services.
Supervise mechanical craft professionals. Direct craft professional activities and work schedules, coordinate subcontract work activities and develop the team. Ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10‑13 years of relevant experience or 14‑17 years of relevant work experience.
