Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a seasoned field supervisor for the Thacker Pass project in Nevada. You will monitor Direct Hire craft and subcontractor activities, manage instrumentation coordination, and ensure work aligns with established schedules.

You will apply extensive knowledge of electrical operations, safety regulations, and Bechtel standards to guide field teams, plan resources, and uphold quality on a major energy infrastructure effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years of experience.
• Experience in heavy industrial US direct hire construction is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize Direct Hire craft and subcontractor activities with coordination of instrumentation work.
• Monitor construction schedules, resource charts, and material/equipment requirements.
• Prepare Direct Hire methods, schedules, and manning charts; review subcontractor plans and resources.
• Coordinate construction operations with external interfaces to align with schedules.
