Job summary

International Motors, LLC is expanding its San Antonio production operations and seeks an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to lead day-to-day quality resources and coordinate deviations, systems, and performance metrics across the plant.

The position is salaried with a night shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) beginning early 2027; occasional extended shifts, startup activities, and weekend support may be required to meet objectives, with a 10% night-shift differential once on the night

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of quality inspection experience OR Master’s with 2+ years OR 6+ years of quality inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality resources and deployments.
• Drive problem solving across lines and products.
• Develop, manage and communicate quality information to management.
