Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop, track, and manage maintenance KPIs.
• Monitor equipment downtime and drive improvements.
• Manage resources within budget and lead maintenance team.
• Decide on outsourcing vs. in-house work and manage capital projects.
