Night shift differential

Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio is expanding with a new night production shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) to begin in early 2027. This salaried role supports a manufacturing operation, with potential to work extended hours or weekends to meet business needs.

A 10% differential applies when transitioning to the night shift, and the incumbent will lead the Maintenance Department to drive reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with maintenance experience
• Minimum: 5 years maintenance experience or 2 years with Master’s degree

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs
• Monitor downtime and drive continuous improvement
• Manage resources within budget
• Lead and develop maintenance team members
• Decide on outsourcing vs. in-house work
• Manage capital projects and report progress
• Support engineering with Lean initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
