Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio is launching a second night shift (5:30 PM–4:00 AM, Mon–Thu) in early 2027 to support new production operations. The Associate Team Member will help create a safe, organized, and continuously improving environment through EHS compliance, 5S activities, and problem solving.

Initially training on the first shift (5:30 AM–4:00 PM) before transitioning to the second shift; overtime and weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Production & Logistics Way and follow instructions.

• Take ownership of assigned position and maintain quality.
• Learn and execute core processes using established procedures.
• Operate forklifts, tuggers, and cherry pickers.
• Receive, store, and deliver parts to the point of assembly on time.
• Perform subassembly and kitting for production.
• Perform in-process validation inspections and document deviations.
