Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Fort Gibson, OK is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the night shift, oversee preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work with production to modify equipment for efficiency, maintain documentation, and coach a team toward continuous improvement, using SAP, Excel, and other tools.

This role supports asset utilization, safety, and environmental compliance in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE compliance.
• Lead and direct the work of maintenance staff.
• Improve maintenance processes to reduce downtime and costs.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment for efficiency and maintainability.
• Preserve documentation and SOPs; maintain environmental compliance records.
• Prepare reports to meet safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee equipment reliability in partnership with production.
