Qualifications

• Five+ years in manufacturing or maintenance supervision.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• SAP or comparable CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders, equipment modifications, and process changes have approvals.
• Attend daily shift handovers and review downtime, completed work orders, and follow-up actions.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, timeliness, and cost; provide technical guidance.
• Manage crew payroll, overtime, attendance, and absenteeism per site policies.
• Support changeover performance and changeover-parts management.
• Document labor hours, materials, failure causes, corrective actions in SAP.
• Lead safety-awareness and information-sharing meetings.
• Provide on-the-job training and observe performance for development.
• Train personnel on SAP procedures and maintain development plans.
