Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Elmore, AL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the on-site 3rd shift to lead maintenance activities and ensure safety, quality, and reliability of production equipment.

You will spend the majority of time on the plant floor guiding mechanics, reviewing work orders, and coordinating with planners to manage backlog while maintaining strong housekeeping and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems and transmissions.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial drives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Review planned work orders, labor, materials, and priorities with accuracy.
• Spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor engaging with maintenance mechanics.
• Coordinate with planners and schedulers to manage backlog and establish priorities.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop individual development plans for team members.
