Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site role in Millbrook, Alabama. The position oversees third-shift maintenance, leading the team, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe, efficient production operations.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of manufacturing maintenance supervision, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and industrial drives, plus SAP CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

At least five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting.
Experience with drive systems and related mechanical equipment.
SAP or similar CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team's compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Ensure all maintenance work orders and approvals are complete.
Attend daily shift-handover meetings and review downtime.
Lead shift-handover meetings and review priorities and actions.
Represent maintenance during production meetings and communicate priorities.
Assign work orders and workload to each team member at shift start.
Partner with planners to manage backlog and establish priorities.
Spend significant time on the plant floor guiding mechanics and serving as liaison.
