The position requires at least five years in manufacturing or maintenance supervision, with strong knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, drives, electrical control circuits, and SAP CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in manufacturing or maintenance supervision.
• Experience leading maintenance teams on the plant floor.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, drives, and electrical control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to safe, compliant operations and timely work orders.
• Review and plan labor, materials, and priorities for maintenance tasks.
• Participate in daily shift handovers and production meetings.
• Direct and monitor work for safety, quality, time, and cost.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to technicians.
• Maintain SAP documentation for labor, materials, and equipment conditions.
• Promote continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
• Ensure payroll, attendance, and adherence to site policies.
