Qualifications

• Five+ years manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial controllers, wiring, and control circuits.
• Proven leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance team to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Manage work orders, labor, materials, and approvals per site policies.
• Spend majority of shift on the plant floor engaging with mechanics and production.
• Coordinate with planners to manage backlog and set priorities.
• Train maintenance personnel and develop individual development plans.
