Electrical Automation Services in Shorter, AL seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance activities on the plant floor. You will guide a team of mechanics, ensure safety, and coordinate with planners to meet production goals.

You will manage workload, maintain SAP records, review downtime, and drive continuous improvement across hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance team's safety, quality, and environmental compliance on the 3rd shift.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders, modifications and changes have proper approvals.
• Attend shift handovers and review downtime, pending issues and actions.
• Assign workload to team members and manage labor hours and materials.
• Maintain SAP documentation and support changeover and reliability initiatives.
