Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on-site in Wetumpka, AL for the 3rd shift. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety and production goals, and manage workload, parts, and approvals while engaging on the plant floor with technicians.

You will bring 5+ years of supervision, strong skills in hydraulics/pneumatics and drive systems, and experience with SAP CMMS and industrial controls. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial controllers and processors; SAP CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Attend shift-handover meetings and review downtime, work orders, and actions.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, time and cost.
• Spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor engaging with technicians.
• Manage crew payroll, overtime, attendance, and absenteeism per site policies.
• Document labor hours, materials and equipment conditions in SAP; maintain housekeeping.
