Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
- Experience supervising industrial maintenance personnel.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with industrial controllers and processors.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Approve and track work orders, permits, and labor requirements.
- Attend shift-handover meetings and review downtime.
- Direct on-floor maintenance and coordinate with production.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and overtime per site policy.
- Support continuous improvement and changeover initiatives.
- Provide SAP training and ensure accurate documentation.
- Develop individual development plans for team members.
