Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a dependable 2nd shift associate to join our fast-paced production and warehouse teams in Lakeland, FL. The role supports production flow, quality control, and safety within a high-speed beverage environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring the production schedule, recording data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet targets. The position requires flexibility with shifts and a focus on safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE.
• Maintain production flow and monitor equipment.
• Read and follow the production schedule; communicate issues.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read measurements (imperial/metric).
• Record downtime and quality data; keep records accurate.
• Perform sanitation and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Cross-train and support inventory and training tasks.
