Job summary

• Associate’s degree in hospitality, aviation, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years in private aviation, luxury hospitality, or concierge service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated liaison for Flexjet Owners, delivering concierge-level service.
• Manage all aspects of Owner trip logistics, including scheduling, catering, transport.
• Build long-term relationships and anticipate Owner preferences.
• Collaborate with operations, flight control, catering, maintenance for flawless trips.
• Serve as a brand ambassador reflecting Flexjet's elegance.
• Proactively address travel disruptions with luxury solutions.
• Maintain discretion and a secure, private experience.
