Job summary

Flexjet in Naples, FL seeks an Owner Experience Concierge to serve as the primary contact for clientele and flight crews, delivering world-class service and ensuring seamless experiences aboard company-operated aircraft.

You will greet guests, register clients, coordinate catering and transportation, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues while maintaining a courteous, professional environment for VIPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment; hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math with minimal errors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clientele and crew in a professional manner and maintain continuous assistance for excellent relations.
• Check in and register clientele; determine needs and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate service requests (catering, transport, entertainment reservations) with operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve conflicts; act as owner advocate when needed.
• Dispatch duties and coordinate services between crew members and ground staff.
• Assist with events and guest amenities; support VIP experiences.
