Job summary
Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P–7A). The role leads resident care and staff activities, ensuring nursing practices align with facility policies and geriatric care standards.
Key duties include directing Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments; coordinating care plans with physicians; monitoring staff performance; and maintaining timely communication of treatment updates and resident progress.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
- Current LPN/RN license to practice in TN.
- Experience in nursing home leadership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality nursing care using the nursing process and support discharge planning.
- Implement care plans consistently with focus on resident-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and health professionals sharing information to adjust care.
- Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments.
- Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
- Monitor staff activities to ensure care aligns with plans.
