Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the 7P-7A night shift. The role centers on directing nursing care delivery, supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff, and ensuring care plans meet geriatric residents’ needs in accordance with policies.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds a TN LPN/RN license, and has prior nursing home leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous leadership experience in a nursing home.

Responsabilités

• Ensure delivery of quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes.
• Implement and monitor care plans in collaboration with the physician and health-care team.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit/shift.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information timely and accurately.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to physician instructions and plans.
