Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a talented LPN/RN Supervisor to lead a night shift team from 7P to 7A. The role entails primary nursing management, supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff, and ensuring care plans meet geriatric residents' needs according to policy and procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BSN or equivalent experience.
Current TN LPN/RN license.
Experience in a nursing home leadership role.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
Implement and monitor care plans consistently and cost-effectively.
Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals on care plans.
Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
Communicate current treatment and assessment information timely.
Monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure plan adherence and proper treatment.
