Job summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking an LPN to work the full-time night shifts (6:30 pm–7:00 am) with every third holiday rotation in Moorhead, MN. Reimbursement for border-state license and shift differentials are included. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany the role.

The Charge Nurse leads care to ensure high-quality nursing services in line with regulations, with emphasis on documentation, patient well-being, and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have an active MN LPN license or be able to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.
• LPN assesses residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and standards.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels for a shift and coordinates with team members.
• Documents in residents’ electronic medical records per policy.
• Coordinates resident care with interdisciplinary teams and physicians.
• Mentors new staff and participates in training.
